Am I expected to buy my own Adobe CC subscription?
Yes. Our junior designers are contract workers at this moment, so you would need your own business entity and the tools you would use for your own clients. If you do not have CC, I am open to exploring your other options, but Adobe CC is the best!
Am I expected to use my personal computer?
Yes.
When communicating with you or clients, am I expected to use my personal email?
Nope! We have a studio email you will use for our clients.
What are the goals of a kick-off call with new clients?
Goals for kick-off calls are for us to connect deeply with our clients, their vision, and refine our strategy to fit their needs.
Are there any contract agreements or tax documents I should look out for?
Yes! We have a kind-human contract agreement and every contractor will submit a W9 as well.
