JUNIOR DESIGNERS & CREATIVES

JUNIOR TEAM MEMBERS HAVE 1-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THEIR FIELD, PERHAPS A SMALL BUT AWESOME PORTFOLIO, AND ARE LOOKING FOR:

  1. More contract work

  2. Senior-level mentorship

  3. More knowledge about growing into other areas of design and applications

  4. Room to grow with a team of creatives to help with brainstorming, critique, and collaborations

Junior designers & creatives start at $20+ an hour (depending on experience) and work toward a % raise every 6 months. We require a 3-month minimum contract for anywhere from 2-10 hours a week - your choice.

  • Junior Creatives assist our clients directly and work with our Senior Design team to work on projects suited to their aesthetic and skillset.

  • Projects are assigned based on your interest, your time available, and an energetic fit with the client.

  • Location is 100% remote

  • Disciplines are needed in all kinds of creative areas

    • Graphic Design

    • Social Media

    • Copywriting

    • Web Design

    • Video & Editing

    • Product Photography

    • Development

    • Virtual Assistance

DESIGN INTERNS

OUR INTERNS HAVE:

  • ZERO to 1 YEAR OF (professional) EXPERIENCE

  • AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF ART OR DESIGN CLASSES

  • A COOL STUDENT PORTFOLIO

    & ARE LOOKING TO…

  • Learn ALL the ins and outs of client experiences, relationships, applications, & more!

  • Senior-level mentorship from our founder, Court - a professional designer in-house and freelance for over 13 years

  • Building processes, streamlining the business side + efficiencies of design projects

  • Collaborations with our team of designers & a fun, fast-paced full-steam ahead workflow : )

  • School credit, yay!

We are looking for a 3-month minimum contract, for up to 10 hours a week.
Design interns start at $15 an hour.
Our interns will come out of a 3-month internship with several projects to add to their portfolio, knowledge of “field skills” that designers can only get while working directly with clients, and we are happy to adhere to college internship qualifications and processes. All interns have the potential to stay with our studio after their internship term to move forward at $16.50 an hour with % raise offerings every 6 months.
